Details The training course wants to develop the special competences a team needs to realise multilateral youth exchanges. Some of the topics being dealt with are:
- How do multilateral exchanges differ from bilateral ones?
- How do we integrate new partners in already existing partnerships?
- Which effects and benefits do multilateral activities have on/for young people?
- How can the international experience be linked to the everyday life of young people?
- How do we realise intercultural learning as a pedagogical concept within the context of a multilateral youth exchange?
- Network building and project planning simulation game
Costs Hosting costs (accommodation, food, programme activities) will be covered by the German National Agency. Please contact your National Agency, if travel costs will be reimbursed.
