YOI 2005

According to the User's Guide valid as of 1st of January 2005, the YOUTH programme offers the possibility to organisations based in South East European countries to submit applications for pilot projects for the 1 of November 2005 application deadline in the framework of International Co-operation with Partner Countries.

Eligible Applicants

Applications can be submitted by non-profit making non-governmental organisations, public authorities and others experienced in the field of youth and/or non-formal education established in the following countries:

SEE Partner Countries

- Albania,
- Bosnia & Herzegovina,
- Croatia,
- Former-Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia,
- Serbia and Montenegro.

Besides the countries mentioned above, the countries that are eligible to participate in these projects are:

Programme Countries:

- 25 European Union Member States;
- EFTA/EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway);
- Candidates for accession to the European Union / Pre-accession countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey).

Deadlines

The deadline for the submission of the application forms is the following:

On the basis of the overall assessment of pilot projects' applications submitted by 1st November deadline, it will be evaluated whether further deadlines could be foreseen. If so, these would probably follow the outline of the calendar grid below:

All indicated deadlines refer to the date of posting (i.e. postmark). Only proposals submitted no later than the dates given in the grid above will be considered.
