Details TC COMMENTS wants to provide a platform for the (personal) development of experienced EVS mentors.
OBJECTIVES
- To develop the competencies (attitudes, values, knowledge) required for good support of EVS volunteers in an intercultural learning environment
- To give and gain knowledge, experience, and best practise about the personal support of volunteers
- To take a look at the social relationships which exist around the volunteers and how to use these to support the volunteers and to develop EVS projects
- To develop task-related support
- To discover own cultural identity and find good practise on supporting volunteers when arriving to a new culture
- To transfer the European experience to the need of the local reality.
Costs Food, accommodation, and trainers fees will be paid by the Austrian NA, sending NAs are asked to pay for the international travel costs of their participants.
