Summary The core objectives of the tc are to provide competencies to enable participants to act as multiplier agents of Human Rights education, to build bridges of understanding across the Mediterranean Sea, and to highlight the importance of active citizenship.

Details In the selection procedure, experience in the field, follow-up development, and motivation will be
specially taken into account.
Participants coming from organisation working with youth immigrants are welcome to apply, as
youth immigrants themselves.
Participants are expected to have a high degree of tolerance, respect, empathy, and readiness to
a strong intercultural learning experience.
Costs 70% of travel and visa costs are reimbursed; lodging and meals are provided; an enrolment fee of 40 € for participants coming from Spain, Portugal, France and Italy is to be paid by each participant, and 20 € for participants from Morocco, Tunisia and A
