DESCRIPTION: In the last few days, our country was very affected by huge inundations. Millions of people are isolated or have no place to live because their houses were destroyed by the freshets.

These rainy days affected Iara Village, a village from our county, Cluj. Here took place 12 earth flows. Because of the huge amount of water the earth flows have not stopped. All the bridges and footbridges were destroyed. 12 families are isolated and an important part of the country road was destroyed. There is no drinking water. The damages raise at 2 mil. Euro.

WORK:

Cleaning the roads from alluvia and wood materials left by the inundations.

Helping the villagers and the authorities to repair the damaged houses and the rotten bridges.

Ecologizing Valea Vadului river.

Supporting elderly from the village.

ACCOMODATION: In a public building in Valea Vadului and Ocolisel Village (basic conditions).
