The Institute for Social and European Studies is pleased to announce the
inauguration of its English-language MA program in International and
European Studies, September 2005 in K szeg, Hungary. The program consists
of 2 semesters of course work on site in K szeg, and 1 semester elsewhere
devoted to the writing of the MA thesis.
This 3 semester pilot MA has been made possible by support from the
Austrian-Hungarian INTERREG IIIA program which generously covers the costs
of tuition and housing for students. Students are only required to cover
their travel, food and incidentals costs during the 2 semesters on campus.
Students interested in applying must have already completed 6 semesters of
university course work in a related field. They must prove an advanced
knowledge of English. Deadline for application is September 15, 2005. The
semester begins with an orientation week September 26, 2005.
